This site gives you an instant access to the information on GST, RFx, Purchase Orders, ASN's, GRN's, Invoice statuses, etc.
RFx is a "Request for Quotation" raised by Dr.Reddy's and Business Partners will have access to these RFxs through this portal. Business Partners are required to submit their quotations through this portal.
Business Partners can access Purchase Orders / Scheduling Agreement Releases through this portal and supply the materials and/or services as per delivery schedules indicated there in.
ASN (Advance Shipping Notification) is to be raised by the Business Partners against each delivery and invoice soft copy is to be uploaded against each ASN.
Dr. Reddy's is committed to make payments to the business partners as per agreed terms. The procure-to-pay flow for all categories require a three-way match, including a Purchase Order (PO), Goods Receipt Note (or Service Entry for services), and an Invoice. Please ensure invoice is raised exactly as per Purchase Order / Scheduling Agreement issued by Dr. Reddy's duly indicating PO / Scheduling Agreement. Also provide accurate and comprehensive paperwork as indicated in our purchase order to facilitate receipt of goods by Dr. Reddy's in time.
Business Partners can also check the status of their invoices through this portal while accessing "P2P Report / P2P Report for Services" available in this portal. In case information provided in the "P2P Report / P2P Report for Services" is not giving a clear update, Business Partners have the option of raising a ticket by giving invoice number to know the current status against which a representative from Dr. Reddy's will act upon and respond in the quickest possible time.

Important Notifications:
1.Non-filing monthly GSTR1 return (by 11th of next month)results in monetary loss to DRL due to non-availment of credit. Please file the return in time to avoid such loss recovery by DRL along with Interest from your account, non-compliance may lead to payment on hold.
2.Dr.Reddy’s Laboratories PAN is AAACD7999Q and new GSTIN for Daman is 26AAACD7999Q1ZM, requests all vendors to quote New GSTN no. on all invoices w.e.f 01/08/2020.
3.All suppliers whose turnover is > 5 crores at PAN level should issue Invoice with QR code printing from 1st August 2023, if the same is not available Dr.Reddyâs is not eligible to avail GST input credit- hence, the same will not be paid.
4.In view of Covid-19, we request you to submit digitally signed Invoices only through Vikreta Connect to avoid walk-in to the mailroom. Physical submission of invoices delays payment process since limited staff in the office. For any support, please call our helpdesk.
5.We request all partners not to provide/update TCS on the invoice, TDS will be auto applicable on the payments.
6.Digitally signed Invoice upload through Vikreta Connect is mandatory, the mailroom team will not accept any hard copy of Invoice. Please upload the invoice immediately after ASN creation and JCS approval.
7.Effective 16-04-2024, all invoices must mandatorily reflect the same HSN codes on the Tax Invoice and Purchase Order. Any variations will lead to immediate invoice rejection. Kindly ensure all HSN codes are included at the quotation level.
